Contact and inquiry data: When you submit a form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name, company website, country, and any message you write. We may also collect service interest, budget range, timeline, and current tools you listed.

Technical data: When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time on page, and referral source. This data is collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

Communication data: If you contact us by email or phone, we retain records of that communication.

Email communications: Retained for up to 3 years for business records.

We review and delete data that is no longer needed on an ongoing basis.

Some of our processors (Google, Meta) are based in the USA. When data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal transfer mechanism.
